Punch through tonnes with this production oriented performer. Maximum recovery. 8-10kg per pan per minute
Turbopan™ gold pan is a prospecting tool and mining tool for the prospector and artisan miner involved in small scale mining. Whether you're a hobbyist out looking for a run or a crevice filled with gold – or gold panning for a living in a developing country – Turbopan is the right piece of prospecting equipment that gets all the gold easily and quickly.
Turbopan eliminates the problem of compaction that happens in the traditional "Klondike" pan because it is basically a circular sluice. Turbopan doesn't require running water like a sluice, it simply maximizes the effects of gravity. Its shallow depth means it can be used in puddles and troughs.
Do yourself a favor. Upgrade to a Turbopan, and make your gold panning as successful as it can be. It may be the best investment in your panning you will ever make! Do it now!
The Turbopan gold pan gets the gold and heavy minerals to the bottom of the pan and into a central trap quickly because the pan is shallow.
|The Turbopan is only around 5cm deep on the edges. It acts just like a "sluice in a pan" – trapping all the gold in its extensive riffle system. You'll improve your panning prospects with Turbopan. It's a better way to pan for gold!|
Kim Hillier, the inventor/designer of Turbopan, shows you exactly how the pan works, and the most effective technique for speedy, efficient gold recovery.

"Went to Briceburg in Mariposa County, California, the very most south end of the Melones Fault (motherlode). Took my Turbopan and tested the beaches for gold. The very first pan got me 5 small flakes, and a lot more fines."
"Just to let you know I love this Turbopan! It's a great pan for beginners and pros alike. It's a fast pan that gets all the gold ... and its fun to use."
Fred Miroslav Radonic
"There is a little creek flowing down the hill and I've seen a guy who was panning for gold there. I used my gold sucker to remove enough sand from beneath a boulder and got the Turbopan filled up."
"Applying the method seen on YouTube and this website for using the pan for maximum of 1.5 minutes I got nice bunch of small garnets on the bottom of the pan! What an amazing tool! The speed of recovery is unbeatable even for a non-professional gold prospector like myself! Thank you very much!"
"G'day Turbopan users. Here is a nice bit of colour I found on the weekend using the marvelous Turbopan." Mitch Wolak
"Hi Kim. I have not used the pan much but it has performed as stated and seemed good to use. The instructions were very good and there are no problems with it. It is better than any pan I have used before." Phil & Leonie
"Turbopan is an amazing tool! It performed even better than expected! Thank you so much! It was as easy as it looked on your movies in YouTube and also showed in your instructions supplied with the pan." "It is time-saver and easy to use for beginners and professionals. I attach a picture of a friend of mine happily using my Turbopan during our last trip to the Cascade Mountains nearby." Tsvetan
Kim Hillier talks to Matt about his Turbopan
Has it performed as stated and expected? "Most Definitely." Was it difficult to learn how to use? Were the instructions clear enough? "Not Difficult at all. Detailed instructions and pamphlet were very helpful." How does it compare with the pan you used before? "I like the fact that you can swirl it and break up clay etc, it suits the motion that I prefer and I also like the fact I know the heavier stuff is sinking to the bottom." Did you find any gold with it or other precious minerals or stones? <p "Yes, once I found the right sort of dirt I always found a few specks. Please find attached two photos I found of some of my first finds – taken on a phone, so not ideal, however will endeavour to get some better ones."
"The photos include – my first bit of gold I found that was a reasonable size – and also there is a photo of when I had a particularly good spot and knew I was doing the panning right." Matt
"Kim... I just have to tell you again... I love the Turbopan !!! Its the easiest I have ever used to move the gold where I want to see it. The gentleman that won the pan didn't know what to make of it at first until I talked with him about it. Hopefully he shares his first use with me via email. I will forward it on to you. Happy Hunting! Joyce Hammond Smith
